Yes — we can install lights that you've already purchased. We'll charge an hourly rate for the installation and removal of your lights. Our design team will also create a design scheme incorporating your holiday lights.

We can install lighting at any time during the year, depending upon the holiday or event. Our techs typically start installing holiday lighting in mid-October. It's essential to contact us right away to book a slot in our schedule.

We'll remove Christmas lights by the end of January. You'll automatically be added to our removal schedule once you complete your contract. If you had a holiday or special event light installation, we'd coordinate a removal time with you.

Maintenance is included in all of our estimates. You can call or email us with your address.

Let us know the location and provide a description of the outage. Our service technicians will be out as soon as possible to repair your lights.

No — the cost per strand includes installation, maintenance, and removal. All lights, greenery, and electrical accessories are the property of The Light Before Christmas. We'll recover them when we come to remove your lights.

The maximum height our installers can safely install lights on a building is 30 feet. We can install lights on trees that are up to 20 feet tall.

We give all our customers a free, accurate estimate before they book our services. However, every tree and home is different. Changes might occur during the installation process, such as:
